Welcome to Deer & Dough Bakery & Café, nestled in the heart of Victoria at 770 Fisgard Street in the historic Hudson Building. We serve up classic and creative small-batch baked goods, satisfying soups, sandwiches and salads, plus delicious coffee and espresso drinks—all in a bright, inviting café space with a swanky patio. Our offerings include vegan and gluten-free items, making sure there's something delicious here for everyone.

Founded out of a kitchen in James Bay during the pandemic, our little micro-bakery quickly found its brick-and-mortar home—and now, in 2024, you'll find us expanded and thriving with both indoor seating and a lively outdoor patio. What makes us special? It's our commitment to homemade, thoughtfully crafted food, accompanied by warm local hospitality, all in a beautifully restored urban setting. We can't wait for you to stop by, relax and enjoy something sweet (or savoury) with us.
